What are the lakers gonna do in the way of trades or free agents?

To me alls they have done this off season is crap. i know they are got andrew bynum back but that still doesnt solve the defense issue. I think they need to get rid of lamar odom hes really good but inconsistent and no defense. they need to go after either shawn marion or josh smith if they wanna be better
