Will a hub connected to a network downstream of a POE capable switch carry the POE?

I am interested in knowing if a hub or switch connected to a network downstream of a POE switch will carry the POE current on it's ports since they 192.168.1.70 carry all 8 wires generally. I realize this might be dependent on the specific downstream switch or HUB, so any general info based on experience is also appreciated. Thanks
