Ireland shold it be independant?

So I uhh got interested in this topic because of the Rangers-Celtic Derby. Do you think the Republic of Ireland should just join the U.K. as it seems they can preserve their identity just like the Scottish and Welsh. Or do you think Northern Ireland should join the Republic since Britain has no right to impose monarchal unity on an unwilling country? Thanks
