If you've seen the movie "Smart People", I need help with a quote!?

I am looking to get an exact quote from close to the end of the movie when dennis quaid's character says something like "you can stay miserable and angry or allow yourself to live your life". I just saw the movie today and wanted to find the full quote again. Anyone know it or know where online I can find it? No site seems to have it. Thanks!
