What should I expect in the Year 12 enzyme catalase on liver SAC?

We add hydrogen peroxide to water and use a glowing splint to test the oxygen.They all have hydrogen peroxide and distilled water(the last boiled water) The 1st tube has sand, the second a liver cube and the 3rd has ground liver. And the 4th has liver with boiled water with just hydrogen peroxide and water. What is going to happen to each one?
