Should I feel betrayed that my wife and I don't get hate mail...?

Consider yourself lucky. Some people that visit M&D take this sh*t WAY too personal. So much so that they get their contacts involved in sending messages talking sh*t. I have NEVER sent any e-mails, unless it was a response to some one telling me I'm an a s shole. Then it's game on and time for me to make them feel like idiots for taking time out of their life to tell me how much of a POS I am for my opinion.Ace. You got mail!!
