Losing hope that it will ever happen after miscarriage?

I wanted insight on how soon after a miscarriage were you able to become pregnant. After five years of trying in Jan hubby and I got our BFP sadly in April at 15 weeks we lost our son ( he had down syndrome and his heart couldn't take it) We have been ttc since our loss with no luck. I'm not sure how many more BFN I can take. For you ladies that have suffered loss how did you cope with ttc again?
