Help!!!!!!how do i make a torch from household products?

heres a list of possible materials,cardboard,paper,ctton wool,tissue paper,tin foil,paper clips,erfly clips,acetate paper,string,batteries battery holder,bulb,bulb holder,wires and crocodile clip) tools required, scissors glue pritt stick,sellotape,pencils&crayons,feltp tips, rulers. now surely someone out therre knows how to do it if so i would be grateful if you could let me know thanks
