Father Pfleger talked about.........?

Many good qualified people have been turned down for jobs because of their skin color-that color being white. In a medium sized north east city, a white fireman was due for a promotion. He had over 20 years experience, ped all the tests and was next in line. He was ped over for a fireman who did not p the tests and had only 5 years experience because he was black. They wanted to keep up the ratio's of black and whites in the fire dept. Now tell me this is fair? Accept the lesser qualified, less experienced, and less academically prepared because he is black? Is this not discrimination? The case is in court, and hopefully the justice system will not be afraid to call it like it is.
