Exercise isn't the problem! Weight loss:] ?

It is to easy for you, it is no challenge, you need to add more miles, more so when your almost done you have to push yourself to finish. Count calories, take away a few hundred, when you get used to it take away more, it wont happen over night but you will start loosing weight. Give yourself a cheat day, one day a week alow your self to eat sweets.
