As Lebanese I need a visa to go to USA, but I am permanent resident in Canada,do I still need a visa to go?

Yes you need one and you can actually get it as you go through customs, whether at the airport, or if you are driving over. It costs under $10 and you pay for it right at customs. You have to have your own Pport as well as your Canadian Permanent Resident Card with you. They will take thumb prints and do an eye scan as well.
