Ok im cutting weight for wrestling so im on a diet, i was wondering if reduced fat plain wheat thins were good to snack on for when im hungry in between meals during the day (a little bit of fruit and veggies too) And what are the best foods to snack on? i hate dieting and im so used to eating all the good foods like pop tarts and bagels and pb and j sandwiches that its driving me nuts, it's not like im fat either.
