ACT test. and PSAT. please help. easy ten points here.?

ok so my psat scores were Math: 42 Reading: 51 Writing: 46 ... is this good or bad? and also... i'm taking the ACT soon... any tips on that? based on my psat scores... will i do good or bad on it?
