Help I think I have throat cancer?!?!?

Last summer I got a sinus infection and it eventually went away but I kept getting nosebleeds. About 2 weeks ago I got another sinus infection and took prescribed antibiotics, my congestion went away but my throat still hurt. My jaw and tongue hurts when I move it. I keep getting nosebleeds and my head hurts all the time. Ever since I was little I've ALWAYS gotten sore throats, bronchitis, and strep. Both my parents have smoked all my life so I've been around smoke all the time. Could this be symptoms of throat cancer? Please help if you have experience with this, I need to tell my parents if i think i need a doctor so please help fast!?
