British Architecture Universities/College?

I currently live in the USA and I am european citizen. I was wondering if anyone knows of a British university or college that offers a major in Architecture or City, Urban, and Regional Planning, that does not necessarily need a portfolio since I have not learned how to actually go about drawing properly or using CAD and other computer programs.
