5 years of the Iraq war could have paid for 50 years of Universal Health care -?

5 years of No weapons of m destruction, of liberating a country that doesn't want us there. 50,000 people die here in the USA Every year, from that's that could have been prevented by having health insurance. To to mention that sick people that would have been helped had they had health insurance. Why do Republicans want to use tax dollars on Non American Citizens in Iraq, helping build hospitals, schools, and fire departments, but they do not want to help sick americans and poor people wihtout healhcare. Obviously the people in iraq are poor as well, but you feel more compasion to help them out than you do your own countrymen?
