How can i do my hair like this?

I want to be able to put my hair in a mohawk like maria brink does it in the video for 'call me' by in this moment (blondie cover). She doesn't shave her head and i think its natural, she sort of twists it up. Her hair falls just below shoulder length, like mine only i have dark brown hair.
