I would not make this trade if I had your team. Holliday should be stellar hitting in front of Pujols all season. You have the duo already. Your OF is too weak to give away Holliday; Markakis is good but not close. Russel Martin sucks and Montero is a big upgrade, but you could replace Martin with someone like John Baker or Yadier Molina and get similar stats.
